Rudi Doku is a highly experienced leadership consultant, facilitator, and executive coach with a strong commitment to enabling leaders to build self-trust and confidently face challenges.  With over a decade of experience spanning five continents, Rudi's expertise is sought after by clients in sectors such as Tech, Mining, Government, Pharma, Agriculture, and Professional Services.  As an adjunct coach at Stand and Deliver, a premier global leadership communications consulting firm, he specialises in coaching leaders and managers to enhance their presentation, facilitation, leadership presence, impactful keynotes, and engage effectively in high-stakes conversations. 

Rudi is an ICT Coach accredited by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).  His global experience includes coaching leaders in Singapore, Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, China, the USA, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.  He brings a wealth of knowledge in incorporating diverse pedagogical approaches into leadership program design and has a history of designing practitioner standards for facilitation and coaching within a global bank. 

Before focusing on leadership consulting and coaching, Rudi spent 15 years as a Technology Consultant at Accenture, Project Leader at Deloitte and boutique consulting firms in Amsterdam, Singapore, and Australia.  This background informs his understanding of organisational dynamics and change. 

Coaching & Program Design 

Rudi has over 1, 000 hours coaching senior managers and early executives in Australia in Mining, Higher Education and Professional Services in Australia, Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, China, the USA, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.  He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in incorporating diverse pedagogical approaches into leadership program design. He has a history of designing practitioner standards for facilitation and coaching within a global bank. 

Before focusing on leadership consulting and coaching, Rudi spent 15 years as a Technology Consultant. His global experience includes working as a Systems Integration Consultant at Accenture. As a Project Leader at Deloitte, Rudi led the Program Management Office at global mining organisation in the Bowen Basin.
